Betagro Science Center Co., Ltd.
Background: Founded in 2005, Betagro Science Center was the brainchild of Betagro Group in collaboration with the national Science and Technology Development (NSTDA). The objective was to create a think tank on research and development in science and technology as well as establish a first class laboratory capable of testing for food and feed quality, monitoring of animal health and diagnosis of infectious diseases. Knowledge and outputs created in this center will help develop the continuing improvement of production procedures, their efficiency and the production of food of excellent quality based on the highest standards of food safety.

To become a leading R&D center for the improvement of Betagro production and technology.

To enhance the competency and capability of Betagro laboratory to provide for the production of best quality products in terms of food safety and consumer choice.

1. To run research projects in diverse areas that are relevant and supportive to business directions and policies of Betagro Group.
2. To cooperate with staff and researchers of R&D agencies such as universities, research institutes and government-endorsed research programs.
3. To cooperate and support R&D projects of Betagro subsidiaries by means of academic data resources, scientific equipment and devices, testing and experimental services, and expertise.
4. To establish a laboratory staffed with scientists, specialists and sophisticated equipment employing the latest technology to produce accurate, precise and rapid testing results.
5. To run a laboratory information management system that will systematically record results and provide confidentiality.
