บริษัท เอส.เอ็ม. เคมีคอล ซัพพลาย จำกัด ก่อตั้งเมื่อวันที่ 9 กันยายน 2529 ประกอบธุรกิจนำเข้าและจัดจำหน่ายเคมีภัณฑ์ และเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการวิเคราะห์วิจัยในห้องปฏิบัติการ กว่า 35 ปี บริษัทได้จัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์คุณภาพสูง ไปยังกลุ่มงานวิจัยทางเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ และเคมีวิเคราะห์ ครอบคลุมกลุ่มลูกค้าจากมหาวิทยาลัย หน่วยงานวิจัยภาครัฐ โรงพยาบาล ห้องปฏิบัติการทดสอบและตรวจวิเคราะห์ และภาคอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
บริษัทมีทีมงานเฉพาะเพื่อให้บริการและให้คำปรึกษาลูกค้าในกลุ่มงานวิจัยที่หลายหลาย เช่น Biopharmaceutical and Vaccine production, Molecular Diagnostics, Drugs Discovery, Agri-Biotechnology, Food Analysis, Petrochemical, Polymer Analysis, Material Science, Alternative Energy และ Forensics
ในปี พ.ศ. 2547 บริษัทได้ขยายการบริการไปอีก 3 สาขาทั่วประเทศ คือ เชียงใหม่ ขอนแก่น สงขลา และได้เปิดทำการอีกหนึ่งสาขา คือ สาขาระยอง ในปี 2564 เพื่อรองรับการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมภาคตะวันออก ปัจจุบันบริษัทเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายเคมีผลิตภัณฑ์ และเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์จากมากกว่า 100 บริษัททั่วโลก รวบรวมเคมีภัณฑ์เพื่อการวิเคราะห์วิจัย และเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์กว่า 300,000 รายการ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการทางด้านการวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์ของประเทศไทย และกลุ่มประเทศ CLMV อย่างครบวงจร
