บริษัท ไทยยูนีค จำกัด ก่อตั้งเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2512 มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อจำหน่ายและให้บริการเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์วิจัยทางเคมี และฟิสิกส์ รวมทั้งอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่มีความจำเป็นต่อห้องปฏิบัติการของรัฐ และเอกชน มีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพของการวิเคราะห์ วิจัยของประเทศให้ก้าวรุดหน้าต่อไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้วยความปรารถนาอย่างแรงกล้าที่พัฒนา และสนับสนุนงานของท่านให้บรรลุความสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ ด้วยประสบการณ์ในวงการเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์กว่า 50 ปี ทำให้ บริษัทฯ ได้รับความเชื่อถือให้เป็นผู้แทนจำหน่าย และบริการเครื่องมือชั้นนำที่รู้จักอย่างแพร่หลาย อาทิเช่น ผลิตภัณฑ์ CEM, MIRION CANBERRA, ENSPECTR, EZY PREP, ADVION, MAGRITEK, PICARRO, TELEDYNE LEEMAN, SKALAR และ RAYKOL (REEKO INSTRUMENT)

งานบริการด้าน Technical Support & Service
บริษัทฯ มีวิศวกรซ่อมบำรุงที่ได้รับการอบรมโดยตรงจากโรงงานผู้ผลิต ด้วยประสบการณ์ยาวนาน แก้ไขปัญหาสำคัญ ๆ ทางเทคนิค เพื่อป้องกันการเสียเวลาของลูกค้า รวมไปถึงการให้การบริการดูแล หลังการขายในรูปแบบสัญญาบริการ (Service Contract) การบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือแบบป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือ (Operational Qualification/ Performance Verification, OQ/PV)
