Nature of Business

บริษัท นีโอแลบ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด จัดตั้งขึ้นเพื่อพัฒนาห้องปฏิบัติการในประเทศไทยและประเทศอาเซียนให้มีความถูกต้องปลอดภัยต่อผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมทั้งมีการประหยัดพลังงาน อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูง เสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กรลูกค้าให้เท่าเทียมกับนานาชาติด้วยการออกแบบและก่อสร้างอย่างครบวงจร (One Stop Service) โดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาขบวนการทำงานของลูกค้า ออกแบบผังห้องปฏิบัติการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากล เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการทำงาน ดำเนินการผลิตและติดตั้งให้เป็นไปตามที่ออกแบบ ทั้งเฟอร์นิเจอร์ และระบบต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นในห้องปฏิบัติการ เช่น ระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศ (HVAC) ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบแก๊ส ระบบสุขาภิบาล สาธารณูปโภค ตลอดจน ระบบบำบัดสารเคมี ทั้งที่เป็นไอ (Scrubber)  และที่เป็นของเหลว (Water Treatment) ตู้ดูดไอระเหยสารเคมี (Fume Hood) ที่ถูกต้องเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานและมีประสิทธิภาพโดยมีผู้ชำนาญการเฉพาะด้าน
 
นอกเหนือจากการบริการห้องปฏิบัติการใหม่แบบ Turn Key แล้วยังมีการปรับปรุงพัฒนาห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ที่สร้างมานานและต้องการปรับปรุงให้มีความถูกต้อง ปลอดภัยต่อผู้ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพดียิ่งขึ้น
 
บริษัทฯ ได้นำเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ มาใช้ เพื่อให้ห้องปฏิบัติการมีความปลอดภัย รักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม พร้อมทั้งประหยัดพลังงาน โดยได้นำการออกแบบ LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) มาใช้ทำให้อาคารปฏิบัติการเป็น Green Building นับเป็นยุคใหม่ของห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ในประเทศไทยและในโลก โดยมีผลงานมาหลายแห่งแล้ว
 
บริษัท นีโอแลบฯ เป็นผู้นำการออกแบบก่อสร้างห้องปฏิบัติการที่มีความปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานสูงสุดให้บริการเกี่ยวกับห้องปฏิบัติการทุกระบบในลักษณะ one stop service และแบบ turn key รวมไปถึงการให้บริการในทุกเรื่อง ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับห้องปฏิบัติการ เช่น เครื่องมือ, อุปกรณ์วิทยาศาสตร์, ระบบความปลอดภัย (Security System) และการบำรุงรักษา (Maintenance Service) ฯลฯ เป็นต้น
 
This team of Neolab has been active in educating scientific and educational communities by organizing seminars (several times) throughout Thailand. This has been made possible by the support and cooperation of leading international companies (e.g. Durcon, Enware, Dynaflow, Kewaunee, Fisher and Kottermann, etc.), foundations (e.g. Professor Dr. Tab Nilanidhi Foundation), Non. Profit Organization (LSI or Laboratory Safety Institute) the Federation of Thai Industries, Government Departments and major universities throughout Thailand.
 
Neolab is proud to be a pioneer in the safety development of laboratory requirements in Thailand. The products of our Company have been installed in the laboratories of many Institutes, Universities, Hospitals, and a wide variety of factories such as food, petrochemical industries, manufacturers of explosives and also many international companies. We apply the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) in our laboratory designs for the Green and Healthy Building which is an innovation in scientific laboratories in Thailand. We provide turn-key, one-stop and flexible customized services. We are also very keen in “After Sale Services” and “Maintenance Services” We have received both national and international awards. We are proud of our past results and we work hard to always be a step ahead, anticipate changes and ensure that our designs and installations will be safe and ergonomic for a long time to come.
